Coleby Henzlik’s family has long and strong ties to Commercial Real Estate. In fact, Coleby has planted a flag as the third generation of Henzliks to create a real estate career in the KC metro.

Coleby started with Colliers International in 2014, and successfully focused on building relationships while working with retail tenants and landlords. On the landlord-facing side of the business, Coleby has worked with a diverse set of owners — ranging from local partners to some of the nation’s largest property owners, including First Washington Realty, Lincoln Property Company and ACF Properties. Coleby soon added a portfolio of tenant clients — quickly earning their respect and transitioning into a leading role by helping develop market strategies and quarterbacking the site selection processes. Today, Coleby is privileged to work with leading tenants such as Chick-fil-A, PetSmart, JPMorgan Chase, Lion’s Choice, Home Depot and many others. He continues to build his relationships with today’s top tenants to expand their footprints in the Midwest.

Prior to joining Colliers, Coleby attended the University of Kansas, where he was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. Coleby Lives in Prairie Village, KS with his wife Emily and his newborn son Wade. Their family is accompanied by their over-fed black lab Bruce, named after Coleby’s favorite character, Bruce Wayne. Coleby is on the junior board for Folds Of Honor and has served as head coach for the Shawnee Mission East Junior Varsity Lacrosse team since 2017.
