Jonny Lefko has established himself as a premier retail investment sales broker. In just two years, Jonny has closed over $100,000,000 in several Midwest and coastal states. Jonny specializes in advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net leased assets, multi-tenant strip centers and grocery-anchored shopping centers. Prior to the founding of Elevate Property Advisors, Jonny was Vice President of Greenstone Partners, a brokerage firm in Chicago specializing in retail investment sales. In 2019, Jonny moved back to Kansas City to open Greenstone Partners first office outside of Chicago.
Jonny grew up in Prairie Village, Kansas. He attended Shawnee Mission East High School and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling.
