Jeff was introduced to the Chick-fil-A concept more than 20 years ago, based on a glowing review from a Georgia-based relative.  This was long before CFA entered the Midwest, and several years before the company was ready to consider the Kansas City market.  After numerous cold calls, Jeff speculatively developed a market plan for the company, and continued a dialogue for several years until CFA was ready to move forward. Today, that collaboration and partnership still runs strong, with scores of open stores generating high sales volumes throughout Kansas and Western Missouri. Coleby joined Jeff on the CFA team in 2015, and together they continue their proud association with the company — with several eagerly anticipated new restaurants planned and/or under development.
