The regional group of Fiorella’s Jackstack BBQ restaurants is considered one of the most successful, highly regarded restaurant companies in the country.  Until recently, Jackstack opened new locations by retrofitting existing buildings, and had never developed a prototype facility.  When Jackstack wanted to enter the Lee’s Summit trade area but couldn’t find the right site, Doug partnered with the company to not only locate, zone and entitle a premier location, but also to develop a prototype building that functioned perfectly for the company’s requirements and could be replicated elsewhere.  Doug worked closely with Jackstack to assemble a team of engineers and architects to design a building that can handle extremely high sales volumes while still reflecting the company’s highly curated image.  Doug also led the construction team that delivered the building on time and ready to serve hungry fans that make this one of the highest sales volume restaurants in the market.
