Scott Miller has represented many national and regional tenants in his decade-plus career in commercial real estate. Scott’s primary focus guides his clients through their market entry and expansions throughout Kansas and Missouri. Throughout his career, Scott has overcome the challenges caused by a limited supply of quality sites by establishing invaluable partnerships with the region’s leading developers and landlords. In addition to developing market strategies for clients, Scott devotes considerable time and effort toward sourcing and acquiring off-market investment and redevelopment opportunities throughout the Midwest.

Scott began his commercial real estate career while still in college, by interning for shopping center developer RED Development. After graduating in 2010, Scott started full time with RED Brokerage (now AREA Real Estate Advisors), where he discovered how to add value to clients by navigating through the numerous challenges they faced while emerging from the 2008 financial crisis.

Prior to establishing his real estate career, Scott attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management and Real Estate. Scott is a Kansas City native, and currently resides in Prairie Village, KS with his wife, kids and two dogs.
